absolutely dreadfull experience at this so-called hotel. the toilet wouldn't flush and nobody answered my calls! i expected complimentary refreshments for the headache. oh, and a welcoming ambiance? forget it. they should really think about maintaining the cleanliness of their rooms instead of laughing off complaints. i almost gave them a good review, but just couldn’t.
